I have a pair of goldens, they are outside in a covered pen, I know they are said to be a cold hardy breed, but it is going to get into the teens fri, with wind chills below 0, will they be ok out in that? Should I completely cover their pen?

Our temps were MINUS 30 before wind chill factor the other night and our pheasants were fine. THe pens have a roof over the back 6 foot of the pen and the back side has fiberglass mesh to block the wind.
It is suppose to get that cold again over the next few days with highes below zero.
