It's a crisp 0 degrees here this morning, and -20F with the windchill.

    That's -18C and -29 with the windchill.

Wondering how everyone else is faring. It's cold and I hate it, but my birds are doing just fine. They are laying like the good girls they are, and I return home from work to cracked eggs. Half of what I got yesterday was cracked open.

Let me know how your birds are handling it. What you are doing to help them along, and if you are doing nothing special at all.

It was 8 degrees this morning with a -10 windchill. Ladies didn't mind since the white stuff was gone. :)

It's about -1C outside and my chicks won't leave the coop. Anything below 3C, my chickens won't go out. Is this natural?

It's probably gotten down as far as the teens here, with no snow. This is unusually cold for Texas, but the coldest temps are at night.
