how cold is too cold for the chickens coop

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are definitely going to insulate the coop soon. I won't worry so much about the chickens. I'm new to chickens and this is my first winter.

I don't heat my coops. Here is some of my brother's chickens. They roost in his barn.
