Thanks, my DH always teases me saying he always expects a new roost every day. As long as I have room I will add them. I have 5 or 6 swinging roosts in the enclosed yard, it's funny to watch them hopping from perch to perch while they're swinging.

Yup, it has been raining here all day too. It's a lazy, sit-by-the-woodstove day.

It's raining & cooooooold here too. I'll work on my quail pens tomorrow. Today I finished the hardware cloth, that's rough on the fingers & hands. I'm keeping the woodstove company now!

Here are a couple of our 'Chick Shed' pics. My original intention for this coop was to raise the chickens in here after they came out of the brooder. I can keep the gate closed so they know it's their home. It's worked well in the past. I've tried to move this flock twice to other coops (we have three), but they always come back. It's in dire need of repair; who knows how long it's been there.

Maybe this winter we will have time to repair it.
