How come their not laying yet?

I have 6 30 week old chickens all different breeds and none of them are laying yet. I had two briefly lay a couple eggs about a month ago then nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or what I can do differently? I feed them Dumor layer feed

It is the SHORTER DAYS that affect chicken's laying. They will kick-start in early spring when days start getting longer.
My chickens went on their usual Autumn/Winter strike. I forgot what eggs look like,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, well, not the ones from store
Since they are not laying, you don't need the layer feed at this time. Non-laying chickens should be getting only about 2% calcium in their diet. Layer is 4%. Its not going to kill your chickens,,,,,, but the extra calcium is not really all that good.
There are 2 ways to solve this. This is my opinion, and others may have different ideas/solutions.
1. Switch to Alflock feed which is @2% calcium. When laying resumes, then go back to layer. or
2. Dilute the calcium intake by adding generous amounts of scratch to their diet. I know this subject RAISES RED FLAGS with many. Federation says only 10% or less treats
I personally feed Alflock feed year-round. I have layers, and non-layers. I offer cracked Oyster shells free-choice. I also break the FEDERATION RULES, and feed plenty of other grains, and scratch. ALL MY CHICKENS ARE PETS, and live LOOOOONG LIVES. They must be relatively healthy to pull 13 years (longest) and 11 or 10 very common lifespans.

How long are the days where you live? Many chickens stop laying when the days shorten and you keep them in a natural surrounding.

Everybody's chickens are out of order right now lol!
Things will get better after the end of December when the day starts to get longer again.

I’m in Massachusetts so the days are fairly short I was just concerned because they haven’t started their first eggs

Pullets that have not started laying prior to the onset of shortening day length frequently do no start until the day light period approaches 12 hours.

It will be o.k.
They aren't faulty or in danger or anything, it happens quite a bit when the age of point of lay and the winter solstice overlap just right.
Some breeds have stricter day/light rules too, mainly heavier breeds that take longer to hit point of lay anyway.

Austra white
Blue americana
White crested black polish
Olive egger
Black copper maran
They have a large run and do free range some, been on layer since 18 weeks. And for treats some veggies,mealworms and scratch but only randomly

Putting them on layer can slow things a bit.
I'll bet you austra white will be the first.
