This is a hen for sure

These four photos are of the chicken in question. It carries its tail different and has longer feathers on its "ruff/mane" (don't know the official name) I am in the process of trying to "cull the herd" Out of my 8 hens I am only getting 4 eggs a day. I know 2 of them are 3+yo so don't lay very often and one is either 2 or 3 so I am fairly sure she isn't laying. I am thinking maybe this one has decided to trade teams. What are others opinions?

I've read of some hens crowing big combs and wattles and crowing. It must be something to do with their hormones as they age. I have a cochin hen who is 5, no longer laying, but she has of late grown a great, big, red comb.

I forgot to mention that my white hens are "tetra Tints" a sex link chicken bred for Tractor Supply A white chicken with brown eggs. And I have read up on the biology of hens becoming roosters so I know it can happen- just didn't know how common it was.
