How could or can this pairing make a blue (pics attached)?

I'm looking at purchasing a frizzled silkie from a local NPIP-certified farm and asked for pics of the parents. Tbh, I don't know a lot about chicken genetics, and I wanted to get a second opinion. Can this pairing make a blue frizzled silkie? Or do you think the father must have been a different roo?

Further, should I be worried about (what appear to be) two frizzled parents? The chick seems healthy from the photos but I'm worried it might be a frazzle.

I can't tell if the rooster has blue or black. The hen could certainly be blue under the white.
I'd expect that chick to mature with leakage. Especially if it's a male.
Two frizzles bred together has a 25% chance at producing a frazzle.
The chick doesn't appear to be one.
But ya breeding a frizzle to frizzle shouldn't be done. That's frizzle breeding 101.
IDK if I'd support that type of breeder but that's just me.

Thanks! Yeah it concerned me that the parents both appear to be frizzled, not sure I want to support a breeder who does that either :/

I think I already see leakage on the chick's breast feathers, would that normally point to male, then?

Not necessary but I do a lot of pattern crosses and the males always have more and it does show earlier.

The rooster has blue. It’s definitely strange that they would breed two frizzles together unless it was an accident.
Unfortunately it sounds intentional :/ I don't think they knew about the frizzle thing or at least they didn't give me the impression that they knew.

When I pointed it out they corrected me that these were "sizzles or silkie-frizzle crosses, not frizzles". Oh well, hopefully they google frizzle gene inheritance later.
