Solved How did I disable emoticons ? How to turn them back on?

Somehow, I accidentally disabled using the emoticons when I make a post or reply to a post in a thread. I did this once before, and I don’t know how I turned it back on. I just started clicking everywhere. Probably be good to know how to do it, since I accidentally shut it off again.
