How do Black Copper Marans egg's taste?

I was just wondering, how do the eggs from Black Copper Marans taste?
(I've never had any and was just wondering if they were any different tasting.)

I'm sure someone will tell me they taste like eggs.

I imagine they taste just like any other egg. They are just pretty

just the same as the other eggs. I am waiting to see how the meat is though... I ordered a killing cone, but no roos to eat just right now. I will have to grow one out.

My Marans do a much better job of foraging than a lot of the others. Their eggs are our favourites. A friend is helping me get my foot in the door at some restaurants in ATL. I'm hoping the Marans eggs seal the deals.

They have a bold, complex flavor with intense aromas of ginger, citrus, candied berry and multigrain bread turning to honey, roasted almonds and graphite on the palate. Lots of bold raspberry, black currant and boysenberry fruit, along with hints of mineral, game, expresso and mocha. A long finish pumps out fruit, but vibrant minerality too, with an intriguing ferrous hint.
