How do chicks feather out?

Ok, as a newbie, I've been able to get almost any question answered but this, in what order do chicks feather out?

I've noted that the pin feathers come out in the wings first, and then seem to come out at the tail, then the area above where the wing meets the body. What should I expect next?

Neck feathers will come next and the fluff at the breast and vent area last.

It's funny because their backs will feather out and their chest and then their heads last so then they'll look like they have chicken bodies and baby chick heads!

I have a question if I could add to this topic.

When you mean feathering out, do you mean they shed their "fluff" and big feathers grow in? Or do big feathers grow from the skin? Or does the fluff grow into feather?

Yep, feathering out is when the big stuff grows in. They shed the fluff.

It seems to happen so fast that one day you go out to check on them and they have little feather on their wings were fluff used to be!
