How do hatching eggs keep warm while being shipped?

A heating pack? My mom is really unsure about shipping fertile eggs, I'd love to get some peafowl.
I've read that shipping hatching eggs is pretty effective, right?

Shipping eggs must be kept cool until put in an incubator. If you heat the eggs the embryo starts to grow and you don't want that because they would die in shipping.

You collect eggs for 3 - 5 days. Keep then in a place about 50 - 60 degress room temp and turn them once or twice a day to keep the embryo from sticking. When ready to ship you wrap them well in bubble wrap and package them securely and ship.

The person who recieves the eggs then upwraps them, gives them 6 - 24 hours to settle, then puts them in the incubator where they begin to grow.

Most of the eggs you are seeing hatched right now on BYC are mostly from shipped eggs.

The rate of eggs that develop is often in the hands of the post office and how poorly they handle the box.

I have seen 100% hatch rates on shipped eggs and I have experience 0% hatch rates on shipped eggs. It is a risk you have to be willing to take in order to have the breed you want.

How warm would be too warm for the eggs to survive shipping? Temperatures here are getting to be into the 80's and I know they don't keep mail in refrigerated trailers. Priority at its best, gets them here in three days (ship, transit, delivered).
