Solved How do I add people to a PM?

I couldn't find out how to add people in a PM once I already have that PM and people already in it. Someone else started the PM but they said they gave adding privileges. Anyone know how?

Scroll all the way down where it says "Conversation Info". At the very bottom (below list of members) there will be an invite option on the right.
