Solved How do I add pictures to my article

If you don't want to publish the article you are working on can you create a new one, add a few words, load a picture or two then publish it?

Yes, but I have to show you 2 screenshots so you can understand why I'm so confused. And please, after I send this to you, I have to head to bed. I will come back in the morning to look for your answer and to keep plugging away at this. And as you can see, just by trying to add the screenshots, my finger hit one twice and it got added twice. Sorry, I'm getting a bit tired. See you in the morning. The neighbor's roosters always wake me up nice and early. Thanks for helping.

I think you're very close to to getting the picture stuff figured out. The red x's and the view attachment links are something I remember seeing when I was learning how to insert pictures, and like you, it confused the heck out of me!

Can you post a picture of that screen while in edit mode? If I can see that I might be able to offer some suggestions.

I apologize that there was a family problem happening today which took my time. I will try tomorrow to work on getting the images into the article If I am still stuck, I will give a shout for assistance. Sometimes life tends to get in the way.

I saw your article and I love it!
Thank you.
The article may not be perfect but I really wanted to get it into the contest. My younger daughter installed the Grammarly program on my laptop to help with spelling and grammar errors; that saved me from having too many mistakes.
The most difficult part was gathering photos from different files; each photo was a different size. I am learning now and know what to do next time.
This is a fun contest. I am so happy that I joined BYC in time to participate. Goot luck everyone!
