How do I care for stressed NEW Baby Chick?

4 day old Polish has been home 24 hrs. MY other 3 picked on her badly so I put her in a private brooder. Not eating or drinking so I gave a few sips of water. SHALL I JUST LET HER SLEEP? Should I wake her up in a few hours to try and feed? Could she die from prior stress and hunger overnight?

I just rescued a little silkie....same situation. i put her in a crate by herself with food & water and her heat lamp. she kept falling into the water bowl....so i used a jar lid filled with water and put little rocks in it so she could not drown.
i treated her wounds with a some neosporin for the first 3 days.....she slept a lot and by day 4 she was as spunky as could be.
don't force the eating....let her rest, she will come around to the food soon.
you may want to dab her beak with the water and show her where it is.

put a stuffed animal in there to keep her company and to snuggle up to...good luck! I bet she needs to catch up on some rest..poor baby!
