How do I catch my rooster?

The only way I can catch my rooster during the daylight is if I have a really delicious treat and give it to him by the run wall while staying low. Then pounce. However he's pretty quick - so he usually gets away. I have to grab my rooster at night on the coop. I can go in there at dusk or with a flashlight and get him. Last time I needed to get him at dark it was still bright inside the coop because the lights were still glowing. You can see how alert he was in this picture. This was right before I grabbed him and dosed him with Ivermectin.
