How do I change egg racks?

I have a 1610 Automatic Egg Turner. I dont know how to change the egg racks from standard size to quail racks. I don't understand the instruction manual. I only want to change out two standard racks for the quail ones.

on my turner, you have to take the motor mount screws out.Then take the motor of the "arm". Then turn all the racks edge ways up.
the racks should lift up loose on the "arm end". then pull the other end out.

Thank you. It has white plastic things holding the racks in the arm that the motor is on. Do I need to take those off?
