HOW DO I CLEAN/DE-FEATHER A CHICKEN???

I have a mean, getting VERY mean rooster that I'm considering making dinner out of. Is there anybody that can tell me, in detail, how to do this. This would be my first.

Check out the "Stickies" at the top of the meat birds forum - oh, called "notable threads" or something like that now.
The first one by frugal is absolutely wonderful with excellent pictures.
All of them have incredible information to help a newbie through it.
