How do I convince my newly bought one-month-old quails to eat veggies?

@JaeG: According to Youtube sunflower microgreens have to be grown on soil. You cannot get them in a jar. Is this true? (A lot of youtubers look like halfwits to me lol).

I've sprouted them without soil - the root can go a bit brown and withered but the birds don't mind.
