How Do I Cut My Chicken's Toenails?

Hi,
I have 2 silkies and a frizzle and was wondering how to cut their nails? I have seen a few videos on it but unfortunately, one of my silkies is black so I can't see the quick in her toes. Any ideas on how to cut her toes?

We have dogs with dark toenails and it can be difficult. You can try holding it up to a light, but the safest way is just to carefully clip the very tip, then wait a few days and do it again until the toe-nail is the proper length.
