so basically 2 of my quail eggs haven't hatched and its been 2 days and I have got 4 chicken eggs ( polish bantams) in there as well that have missed there hatch day which was one day ago so I decided to do a float test or water test and I'm not too sure what it means.
underneath there will be two pictures each of on egg If you could and you please state what they mean.

the first two pictures are of one chicken egg ( which I will call EGG A)-->

I did this list to let you use when you want to describe what's going on in that picture.
thank you.

Not really understanding your question, but i'm gonna try, did you see any movement at all like a fishing bobber bobbing after 5 seconds of placing in the water? If so, they are alive. The very top is where the air cell is. Hope I've answered, Some people don't like water float tests because sometimes it ends with the chicks drowning. I've done the test twice with good success

Good luck
