How do I feed my flock sprouted grains?

I appologize for the elementary question - I am a chicken newbie. I understand how to sprout chicken feed (not for fodder). My questions are:
Do I put the sprouted grains in their feeder?
If so, how long can they be kept in the feeder before they go bad?
If they go bad - how do I know how much to put in the feeder for 4 pullets?

Thank you for your help.

I would put it in a shallow container and not sprout/give them more than they can eat completely I a few hours. Sprouting a big bucket full and dumping it to them is not the way to go.

I put them in a separate dish, and don't mix them with dry feed. I believe getting dry feed damp is a good way to grow mold, which can be very dangerous. Putting sprouts on a disposable plate, etc. is also very easy to clean up. :)
