I'm looking under the municode website. I can't find anything specifically about chickens. One article says "No person shall be allowed to keep fowl unless the bird is of a domesticated species and kept in a permanent enclosure" but that's all it says.

Can someone help?

It means you can't free range your birds. Chickens are domestic fowl. So a coop with attached run would suffice for "caged fowl".
You may want to call the clerk's office to verify any lot size restrictions or number of birds (looking at the codes see there are more ordinances in animal section not listed). Not to mention look at (ask clerk about) building codes to see what distance from neighbors house or property line a building structure needs to be.

Must say your web posted ordinances are incomplete and fail to address basic questions. Building codes address demolition of houses and fire codes yet say nothing of non living structures such as garage, shed...chicken coops (which is basically a shed).
