Give them defrosted frozen peas! For young ducklings, mush the peas a bit with a fork. You don't have to give them much. A small handful will do. Let me know if this works for you, if you try it!

Time. Patience. I wouldn't be giving 3 day old babies treats. Save the treats for when they are full grown. Pekin ducks, especially these kind, can become over weight extremely easily which will cause bad leg issues. It's best to avoid issues like this that you have to the ability to prevent by what you feed. Once 'issues' set in and the birds start suffering there isn't much you can do to fix it. Prevention is key.
