How do i get my chickens to start laying

My chickens are over a year old and i dont know why they arent laying this spring. My neighbors birds are laying alot of eggs and we have the same set-up as they do. I dont know if im doing something wrong or what. All my chickens are Brahmas, i have my guineas, ducks, and chickens all together. And none of them are laying eggs. Im confused, please repond.

Are they getting enough nutrient, proteins, etc.? What do you feed them? How many hours of daylight do they get? There's a lot of factors that can attribute to them not laying, from nutrition-stress-light

We feed them pellets, and scratch grain. The light is on all night and most of the day and they get plenty of light in the day time because we let them go outside,(in a closed off area), and they allways have fresh clean water.

Maybe they are getting too much light which prevents restorative sleep. Does your neighbor feed the same, and have lights on for the same duration as you?
