How Do I Get My Dog Accustommed to My Hens?

I have ten hens that are about 12 weeks old. I also have a four month old puppy. She is a white/chocolate lab and loves to bark and chase the chickens back into their coop. Anyone have any ideas?

Teach her it isn't ok to chase them, As she gets older she may try to catch them resulting in injuries or death. I suggest clicker training her.

Thought I would add that if she eyes our dogs in a im-looking-for-a-meal kind of way scold her. Our dog shadow is very good around our birds but occasionall chases one. So we scold him and he backs off.
