How Do I get my hens to respond to me?

My girls and 1 rooster are 10 weeks now. They will be 11 weeks Sunday. I've seen videos where their hens come to them by shaking a treat back or something but I want to try and get my girls ready so if they do wonder they will come by the sound of my voice or hear food or something. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Sorry, I'm new to this and all these websites are confusing. My girls are also the most skittish Chickens I've met. There not a fan of weird noises and run around or away. They also don't like to listen much so I was wondering how I could change that. Please help!

Chickens don't listen unless they want to. Yours are young. They run because instinct says to. Everything likes to eat chickens.

Sometimes chickens will come for a treat. I've never known them to come just because you call them. They need a reward, and have to be in the mood.

true but since mine is young they've never like treats when given but my rooster loves mealworms and eat them all and my hens don't get any when they need them but he doesn't like the sound of the bag because of there very skittish.

thank you also should I try doing to bag or container method and give them mealworms as treats so they know to come to me? like train them or something

Mine go nuts for scrambled eggs. It generally takes them about 3-4 days to develop a taste for them. I'm followed around by a hoard of 60 plus chickens when they see me with scrambled eggs. as they all grew up eating them.

If yours like mealworms than use those. Usually after chickens reach sexual maturity they also suddenly have confidence.
