How do i get my humidity level down?

My incubator is at 50% humidity no matter what I do. I have two separate humidity gaugees confirming this. It's been very humid in my neck of the woods, I have no water in the incubator. It was at 70% with a little bit of water so I dried it out.
Incubating duck eggs. Need 35-45%. Any thoughts? My temp is good. Between 99-100.

Turn the fan speed up and/or add another fan and/or open vents and/or make more vents. Some combo or one of those should work!
