How Do I Get Rid of Worm Eggs on Property?

Hello! My hens free range, and are infested with worms. I plan on using the goat Safe-Guard to get rid of the internal worms, and take preventative measures to keep them from getting infested again.

My question is:

How do I get rid of the worm eggs on my property so that my hens don't KEEP getting infested over and over?

You can't - i free range my chickens and de-worm them every 6 months.
