How do I get the humidity down?

Do you have the vents open?, this should allow some of it to escape. It will also start to go higher as the chicks hatch as they add humidity. Some add a tiny bit of desiccant to help lower it but this is not advisable during lock down.

I, personally, never mess with bringing humidity down at hatch. Prior to going into the hatcher, yes. After incubation is pretty much over and the first eggs have pipped, no. I am guessing you want to do so because the eggs have not lost enough weight? If so, I have never seen that reducing the humidity at hatch helps much or at all. That is why it is important to monitor air cell size during incubation. By hatch time, it is usually too late in my experience. YMMV and others may disagree. That is just my experience.

I would definitely NOT. You may mess with it to the point that you lose the whole hatch.

I already have 4 pippers and 1 zipper. Im just worried that the membrane is going to get too rubbery.

This is probably why your humidity is up.I would leave them alone and resist the temptation to open the bator.

I wouldn't worry about the humidity. I have less "stuck" chicks with higher than usual humidity.
Just my experience.

...and agree with CityChicker.. to late to get more weight loss by decreasing humidity
