How do i get them to like me?

Hi. Pretty much anything that applies to chickens also applies to quail. Except for needing a coop and laying in a nest.
It's a good idea to reach in close to the walls and slowly move your hand down near the floor and then toward them. If you're giving them anything other than crumble they also need grit. Chick grit is fine.

Cute babies! If you already know this ignore my advice, but just in case- Quail have a REALLY GOOD flush response and learn to fly really well quite young,be aware. They will by nature always be more flighty than chickens but will settle down with slow consistency. I always warn mine I'm coming and talk to them before handing or feeding.

Keep trying to handle them. If you can reach under them it is less threatening. They will come around in time.
