Yes but right now with the heat wave going on, it is adviseable NOT to ship birds at this time of the year. It has been very very warm and the airport or post office drop offs let the chicks, and chickens sitting out in the hot sun for awhile and you will lose them.
The bio filters on the Horizon boxes are strongly inencouraged. It is required by the USPS.
And be sure to add more fruits than you really need for an extra day of shipping. Apples and grapes are best choices with a handful of chicken feed on the bottom of the box with apples are better. No water or melons, they stink and lets out more liquid than necessary something that the post office employees do not want to deal with. Be sure to use shavings if possible or shredded paper for them to sit into. Its going to be a safe and comfortable trip but neverthanless, its worth it.
