How do i heal my chicks swollen eye?

this morning when i went to feed my chickens i found one of our 2 month old chicks laying on the ground, i thought she was dead and when i picked her up her right side of her face was full of dirt so i rinsed her face off to reveal a terribly swollen eye. shes kept it closed so i'm not sure if its from the dirt or if an older bird pecked it. she won't let anyone touch it but she doesn't mind being picked up. i looked online for this and found nothing except that she may have some type of decease but she was perfectly fine yesterday. shes probably blind now from this incident but it needs to be healed correctly. can you please tell me what to do to help heal this.

im currently having the same issue with my 2 month old rhode island red chick. her left eye is fine but the right eye is jus as terribly swollen. i think its because another bird has pecked it. shes probably going to be blind in the swollen eye. i just need to find out how to heal it. is there any type of cheap medicine or organic substance that can heal it?
