How do I hold this hardware cloth down????

I've seen a lot of coops on here that use fender washers and screws, but I was so tired of using screws by the time we got to putting the hardware cloth up! Someone at Lowe's recommended those U-shaped nails, which are called Poultry Staples. They come in a box of about 100, and are much more affordable than fender washers and screws, and use less hardware. Not to mention it's easier (for me) to hammer than screw.

If you're attaching hardware cloth to hardware cloth...I'd use heavy duty zip ties. I know that MPC sells them online...
