How do I hydrate my quails?

One of my quails, with a broken leg, couldn't reach the water bowl; and died. now I only have one quail left, so I'm wondering how to hydrate my quail that's left. (completely normal Japanese Quail)

By the way, I will buy more quails so the one left doesn't get lonely.

Does the other quail have a water dish or container? Photos of your set-up would be helpful.
