How do I integrate different chickens?

Thanks Ridgerunner, my coop is 8x10. I have 3 roosting bars about 6' long. My first 15 fit on the top bar together. If you consider my flock a circus the guineas are the clowns. They are goofy, loud and flighty. The run is only temporary until they are ready to free range. The guineas especially take a long time to be conditioned to come back at dusk. I'll make sure I add to the run. My land is a bit overgrown so they have been having a blast scratching it up. I am going to put a post in and put roost bars on it. I'll come up with some other ideas for blocking sight. Might be a good use for some pallets I have. I'm going to prep it and try letting them all out tomorrow. I'll update you on how it goes. That coop is only big enough for about 20.
