Aww, so glad all is going well. I still can't believe someone would buy all the other chicks and leave this one behind.

Me, either. And I can't believe they said she was ugly! I love Turkens, and since I lost my last roo a couple of years ago, I've wanted another one. So now I've got one! She's happier now because she will be spoiled rotten, has 10 acres to free range (after she graduates from Kindergarten, of course) and lots of company. The feed store had her in a tiny bucket with only a 60watt light bulb on her. They're "old timer country," though, and you can't tell them anything!
