How do I keep my chickens laying? And getting them out in the run?

So, yesterday I got my first egg most probably from one of my two new hens, I think they are Red Stars, and the next day I checked and never found another egg? Also, another problem with my two new hens is that they are never outside in the run with my other chickens so they don't eat very often, I want them to go out in the run with them but whenever they get outside, they get bullied and they run back inside and hide away from them? How can I solve this problem?

Put 'em in a separate cage where they can see each other but not physically get to each other. This way they will have time to get used to each other before they are together. There will always be a pecking order issue, but sometimes this helps.

The problem is, that is what I did but I separated the run which acted as a barrier where they could see each other but no physical contact. Its not like they are complete enemies its just that whenever they get out they get mad for some reason? Thank Anyways!

Put out more food and water stations....How long have they been together? Are the two new?...What breeds are in your flock? How big is the coop and run?...Lots of factors to consider....

New layers are inconsistent the first month or so. Their bodies are getting use to laying.
