I've been baking my own bread for over a year now, and seem to always waste about 1/4 of it because it gets stale.
Does any one have any tips for storage, and what uses do you have for the stale bread? I've just started slicing it, putting it in the oven to toast with some garlic olive oil and salt then putting it in the food processor for bread crumbs, but was wondering what everyone else does... I'd love some recipies
