How do I know if I have hens or roosters?

You can make them a bachelor pen if you choose to have females. You must keep them separate from the girls and ideally out of sight of them as well.

All cockerels, 4 cockerels will work out great if you don't have pullets, and you would have to keep pullets out of sight/reach. Plus they won't turn mean, because pullets trigger that.

They started chasing around the first one pictures that’s why I thought she was a pullet.

I actually had 6! But two have already been rehomed because I was sure they were roosters and I felt I didn’t have space for space for six birds!
