I am not sure if my golden phoenix hen is going broody. She has only been laying for a month. She seems to spend a lot more time in the nesting box than the other hens and she gets all hunkered down in the box. If I come in there if I get too close she will get up and leave and won't go back in usually until the next day. I'm not sure if she is still laying or not because I have so many hens that started laying all at once that I don't have all the which egg belongs to who down. I would appreciate any insights.
