She's pretty!
We have one under similar circumstances. It does not get better with age, and can get worse, but ours seemed to stay the same. She's now about two years old. She's smaller than the rest due to probably not getting full all the time each day.
We started by feeding her mash (chick crumbles mixed with water) in a deep dish. Dry food is a little harder for them to eat because so much falls out.
As an adult, she's got a 5-gallon feeder with PVC ports which I think helps her get more feed as she sticks her head in there and keeps going for awhile. They all get crumbles (silkies).
We use an electric fingernail file/dremel to trim her beak every few months.
Oh, and she also uses a nipple bucket for water. I wouldn't have thought she could but she uses that like a champ!
