How do I know if my pullets are the correct weight?

Just curious to know how one tells if their birds are the correct weight? I have a very small flock of three. One Barred Rock, an Ameraucana, and a Russian Orloff. They are all totally different birds with different body shapes. How do I determine if they are a proper weight for their breed? I just want to make sure they are as healthy as possible as our Canadian winter sets in.

Just stick them in a bag and weigh them.

There's a small piece that shows how to score a chicken's body condition, with pictures ranking body condition. I find that my younger Leghorns, no matter what I feed them, always score about 1, but all other breeds of bird should hit 2.
