How do I know if my remaining eggs are dead or alive

My family and I recently bought 90 eggs seven broke before The incubation process so we were left with 85 of which 55 hatched at exactly after 21 days of the whole process we are now left with about 30 that haven’t hatched and today is the 23rd day how do I know if they’re dead or alive I really need your help this is our first time hatching eggs

Candle them and see if there is any movement.

Did you candled them? Usually there always are some eggs that never develop because they're not fertile

Candle them and see if there is movement. At day 23 I would say most that are left are probably not alive.
