How do I know if the eggs are turning?

Hi,
I have seven Dominique eggs in the Brinsea Mini Advance incubator. They went in yesterday evening and now I have to leave for a few days. This is my first time incubating eggs. It doesn't look like the eggs have moved position much over the past 18 hours or so. I just want to make sure everything is ok before I leave. Are there others using this machine who can tell me what should be happening? Thanks!

Put a mark on the side of each egg.

Thank you for the quick reply. Do you know how quickly the mark should move? Wondering if I will see any change before it is time for me to leave.

I've never had an egg turner before. There should be something written in the instruction manual.

It all depends on the turner. But over 8 hours there should be noticeable movement.
