How do i know? Wait until they crow?

#2 looks like it has leg bar mix , um that one does have a large comb and a part of me wants to say roo. But it could go either way, it looks pale. I think another picture in 2 weeks would help even more :)
 
Really? Ugh.
It is really rare, and usually occurs in older hens. Some hens have problems with their ovaries causing the production of female hormones to decrease; and they will stop laying. Those hens can develop a cock's hackle and saddle feathers, grow spurs, crow and mount other hens. Genetically though they are still female, and like I said it is rare and generally occurs most often in older hens.
