How do i know when the Hatch is Over?

I am working on day 23. Out of 25 - 3 have hatched but seven have pipped. These three will be dry tomorrow sometime. Can I move the three musketeers or do i wait..and if i wait how long?

I quickly removed my lone hatched chick today after being in the bator drying for 24 hours.

The hatch is still going strong. Over night 4 more have hatched and there are still eggs that have pipped.

I was afraid to open the incubator to move the two dry ones to the brooder.....but I guess I will just do it quickly.
