how do i know when to help?

Please do! And get some pics of what was in the shell. I'm fascinated, I've heard of things like this happen, but not often! Twins seldom make it, one or both.
I'm just doing a last look around the forum before I call it quits for tonight, but I'll check in here tomorrow morning. Good luck with the rest of your hatch! I hope it goes well for you

i hope that the rest hatch fine too. i will post pics as soon as i can! im excited to see whats in the egg too. i think im done interfereing for now.. ill see how they are doing i upped the humitity so hopefully that will help with the hatch!

Ok yes there are six that are completely hatched and running around. And 2 that are still working their way out. That little guy who was in the double yolker seems to be getting weaker and weaker. It gets up and moves than just falls down and lays down fir hours until its ready to try to dmove the others are practically running circles around it. I dont think it will make it.. Ane in the egg there are like intestine looking things... Could thay be from the other yolk in their because the chick that is out is all closed up. Ill post pics in a minute.

Have you got some chick saver you can give it? Or some sugar water to give it a bit of energy. It might help, but there may be something wrong with it
