I say show any of them. Large fowl barred rocks are very hard to get show quality, so usually they are easy to do well with and yours have very nice barring.

A. tail feathers. roosters are curly and droopy. B. Long Sickle looking Saddle feathers. C Hackles look just like saddle feathers. and D. much larger comb/wattles. Hens- A. Short straight non curved (but occasionally some hens will have one) tail feathers which are flat. no saddle feathers really. (they have them. but not like a roosters. ). and after being around chickens.. you eventually develope the...Eye. where you can look at body type/stance and tell hen from rooster 99% of the time
