How do i make a Poll?

hello, ok how do i get a poll started? I am so lost , i cant find where i can start one.

Post a new topic, and then down by the submit button is a selection for making a poll. Click submit and the screen that you enter your choices on pops up. Type them in, submit again and VOILA! Poll!
