How do I make my hen lose weight?

Hie there, I have my 4 loverly buff cochin chickens, 3 hens and 1 roo. Of the the 3 hens, 2 have been laying since early feb but the other one has only laid a single egg since then and i have only thing to blame. The weight

This one girl on the far left of the picture seems to be gaining weight more and more continuously. In feb she was 3.1kg and yesterday was at 3.97 almost 4 kgs coming close to my rooster who weighs only 4.7kg.

The other hens which are laying are currently 2.4kg and 2.7kg and was wondering if anyone has any idea how i can help the other hen reduce it weight from the almost 4kg to down to around 2.5kg

I am not familiar with buff Cochins, but it seems to me as if she has grown very big comb and wattles for a hen, even bigger than the rooster, which could be due to a hormonal disorder.

Please post some pictures of your other hens for comparison.
